Our fully personalised online coaching programme is tailored to your performance goals, using sports science testing and delivered via the Teambuildr app. The programme is structured in 4-week blocks, with weekly sessions released on a monthly subscription. You’ll complete the training at your own pace and attend weekly online coaching sessions with our Head of Performance for ongoing support and guidance.

We offer nationwide in-person strength and conditioning sessions, based in the West Midlands. These 1-2-1 sessions, led by our MSc-qualified Head of Performance, focus on improving your cardio, speed, and power through sport-specific training. Using advanced technology, including the STATSports' APEX Athlete Series, we monitor and analyse your performance with FIFA-approved GPS and heart rate tracking, ensuring a personalised, data-driven approach to help you achieve your athletic goals.
