We design all our strength and conditioning programmes individually to suit your performance goals and deliver the programme online in 4-week blocks of training. The strength and conditioning programme is released weekly following a monthly payment plan. You will then be required to complete each training week in your own time and attend weekly online coaching sessions with our Head of Performance.
Online Coaching includes:
We offer face-to-face coaching sessions to athletes within the West Midlands region. The sessions are coached by our Head of Performance and designed to increase your cardio, speed, and power. All sessions are on a 1-2-1 basis and consist of sport-specific strength and conditioning training in an outdoor setting. We use our specialised STATSports' APEX Athlete Series kit to analyse and capture training performance using FIFA-approved GPS tracking and Heart rate monitoring.
1-2-1 Strength and Conditioning Session:
We personalise diet plans and nutritional guidance for weight loss, increasing muscle mass and helping athletes fuel correctly for their sports and training performance. The diet plans are released weekly following the weekly payment and created individually to meet your needs and performance goals. Our Head of Performance will check in with you throughout your new diet plan to monitor your progress.
